At Chase and Wonder, we want you to be delighted with your home fragrance and stationery purchases. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

  Carefully pack your items in their original boxes with all protective inserts to ensure fragile luxury goods remain undamaged during transit.

  Shipping Your Item

  Affix your return label and drop the package off at your nearest carrier location; we recommend using a tracked service for peace of mind.

  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
